Responsible for the operations of the Communication Center, including timely and accurate data reporting through the Computer Assisted Dispatch (CAD) system and achieving on-time targets. Responsible for overseeing the day to day functions of the Communication Center to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Additionally the Communication Center Director will work with the other departments to develop, implement, and maintain necessary reports and documentation to ensure compliance with established operational goals and objectives.
